Easy Salmon Pokè Bowl

This Salmon Pokè bowl is a brilliant addition to your day.


It provides you with a multitude of vitamins and minerals essential for your wellbeing and it's so easy to make.


Ingredients |

¾ cup Brown Rice

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 Salmon Fillet (Cooked or sushi grade)

2 tbsp Tamari

1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

½ Cucumber

3-4 sliced Radishes

½ sliced Avocado

½ Jalapeño Pepper (thinly sliced & Optional)



Method |

Cook the rice according to directions on the package. Once cooked, drizzle with half the sesame oil and mix to combine.


In a bowl, add the salmon, tamari, rice vinegar and remaining sesame oil and place in the fridge to marinate for 10 minutes.


Assemble in the bowl, beginning with the rice, top with Salmon, cucumber, radish, Avocado and Jalapeño.
