Hi, I'm Hannah

I’m a clinically trained nutritionist specialising in Women’s Hormones. I help women suffering with the various symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and other hormonal symptoms to feel amazing again by rebalancing their hormones, re-energising their bodies and reinvigorating their wellness.

 

If you are overwhelmed by feeling tired, irritable, foggy, low in energy, low libido, weight gain and bloated then I can help, by working with me you can regain your spark and feel excited about the future.
