Hormone Supporting Smoothie

Try this delicious Smoothie to start your day or as a snack.


It is full of hormone supporting foods to help your body and give you a great start to the day!

Ingredients |

225ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ courgette, chopped
45g (1-2 florets) Frozen Cauliflower (or broccoli)
80g Frozen berries
½ Banana
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
40g Spinach

Method |

Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
